green smoothie with honey

Ingredients
1 cup water (tap or filtered)1 cup fresh spinach1 large kale leaf5 strawberries1 kiwi peeled1 frozen, peeled banana cut into chunks1 tsp Honey (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients (except honey) in blender for about 2 min.
Taste test to see if you need honey.
(I prefer with honey)
If needed, add honey to blender, blend for 15-20 seconds & then enjoy
