2 lbs pork tenderloin or pork sirloin roast1 cup chopped onions1 clove of garlic, minced1/2 teaspoon dry mustard1 can tomato paste2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon cider vinegar1/4 cup of water
Brown roast on all sides in a large skillet. Place roast in slow cooker; add onions, garlic, dry mustard, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or high for 5 to 7 hours. Shred roast and serve with slow cooker juices.
