3 Cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 PKG Kraft Thick and Creamy Italian mix PKG3/4 Cups Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)1 Can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano (Purred in food processor)1 Large Red Bell Pepper chopped2 lbs Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 93/7 lean3 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbls Black Pepper1/4 Cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup A1 steak Sauce
Mix the first 9 ingredients in a bowl spread it into a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray or divide and put into 2 loaf pans. add A1 Steak Sauce to top and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Cook at 350 for 1hr. Cut into 12 slices.
