Peanut Butter & Flaxseed Cookie (with Splenda)

Ingredients
1 cup sweetener (or equiv)1 cup peanut butter1 cup flaxseed meal2 eggsvanilla extractcinnamon
Directions
mix ingredients except Cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees

use a tablespoon measure to put in balls on parchment paper. Press down into cookie shape. Bake for 15-20 min, let cool for about 5 min. Sprinkle Cinnamon on top as soon as cookies come out of oven.
