Bourbon Street Peach Pulled Pork Sandwich

9 oz. pulled pork1/2 cup bbq sauce of your choice1/8 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp cajun spice or chili powder1/2 fresh peach, or whole canned peach drained and rinsedBourbon to taste (not included in nutritional value!)
Chop up your peach.
In medium sauce pan, put pulled pork, bbq sauce, peach, brown sugar and chili powder. Turn burner to medium heat and heat through, stirring occasionally. At this point if you are going to add bourbon do so and heat through.
This can be served on a hamburger bun or sourdough bread as a sandwich or on a crusty piece of french as appetizers.
