Asparagus, fresh, 6 spears Zucchini, baby, 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh, 3 large Onions, raw, 1 medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 T Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Water, 1 T
Easy to make:
Sautee onion in oil with spices til carmelized (cooked til partially browned)
Add asparagus, zucchini, mushrooms and cook and let some of the browning continue (this gives it the flavor).
Once browning occurs, add 1 T of water, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with whatever else rocks your boat!
