Broccoli, Bacon, Egg and Swiss Cheese Bake

Ingredients
6 slices bacon, microwaved and crumbled1 tsp. bacon grease reserved2.5 cups chopped broccoli1.5 cups chopped onion100 grams Swiss cheese, shredded8 large eggs1/4 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook 6 slices of bacon in the microwave. Crumble and set aside. Use 1 tsp. of the bacon grease in a nonstick skillet. Saute chopped onions and chopped broccoli in bacon grease until tender crisp. Add cooked broccoli and onion to an 11 x 7 inch sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the vegetables. Beat eggs and milk together in medium sized bowl, add shredded Swiss cheese, reserving a little to sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the veges and bacon. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. When knife inserted comes out clean the eggs are set and the casserole is done.
