Elise's Spicy Curry Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Vegetable Oil, 2 tsp Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced Zucchini, baby, 1 medium Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Garlic, 6 cloves *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tsp Chili peppers (dried and crushed), 1 tbsp Curry powder, 3 tbsp Steamed White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Set rice to cook

heat up oil in large skillet
add chili peppers and garlic

Add chicken - fry until cooked through
add veggies
add soy sauce
add remaining spices

add water

let simmer 15 mins or more (until rice is cooked)

Serve over Rice
