Carrot maple oat cookies

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup uncooked oats1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 cup grated carrots (use food processor)1/2 cup ghee (butter or coconut oil also work)1/2 cup maple syrupginger or cinnamon to taste
Directions
preheat oven to 375
whisk together dry ingredients, then add carrots, ghee, and syrup until combined, will be more of a dough than batter. Use hands to shape into 1-2 inch disks and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned.
