6 cups mashed strawberries4 tbsp lemon juice6 tbsp pectin7 cups sugar
Directions
combine pectin and 1/4 sugar. add to strawberries and lemon juice. bring to violent boil. boil 1 minute. add sugar. return to violent boil. boil 1 minute. water bath can process 10 minutes.
