KraftCanada baked double cheddar macaroni

Ingredients
1.5 cup macaroni elbows2 Tbsp butter1 onion, diced1 clove garlic, minced1 can cream of mushroom1 tsp dry mustard1.5 cup double cheddar mix (or any kind of cheese you happen to have on hand)
Directions
Boil pasta as per instructions.
Sauté onion and garlic in butter for about 2 minutes. Add soup, milk and mustard. Add in 1 cup cheddar and stir until smooth.
Add the boiled pasta and pour into a greased 2L casserole. Sprinkle with what is left of the cheese and bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes
