1 tablespoon Herbalife Protein Powder1 serving (1 scoop) Protein Drink Mix1 serving (2 scoops) Herbalife Formula 1 Shake ( choose based on your flavor preference)Almond Milk (to taste; Optional)1 Cup Water (or Ice Optional)
Directions
Just add all wet and dry Mix ingredients and blend. In case of ice, make sure to crush ice as much as possible.
