California Style Fish Taco's

Ingredients
2 T Cumin1 t Coriander Seed1/4 t Garlic powder1/4 t black pepperDash Cayenne pepper (adjust to your taste)2 T Coconut oil4 4 oz tilapia filets4 soft Whole Wheat Tortillas (medium or taco size)1/2 C shredded cabbage (I use coleslaw cabbage)Salsa (I use my own homemade - no fat)Red Onion, a few thin sliced pieces per taco1 Avocado, sliced Spicy Ranch (bottled) salad dressing
Directions
Mix spices together and set aside.
In a large non-stick frying pan, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add Tilapia filets. Sprinkle Tilapia filets with spices generously. Cook for about 4 minutes. Flip and sprinkle spices on other side then cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
- While filets are cooking, assemble plates. Place one soft tortilla on each plate. Add to one side of each tortilla 1/4 of each: shredded cabbage, then salsa, then avocado, onion and spicy ranch.
- When Tilapia is cooked, add to already prepared soft taco then fold and eat.
