Oat bran porridge with raisins

Ingredients
1/2 cup oat bran1 1/3 cup milk (2%) 2 tbs ground flax seed (optional) 1 small box raisins (or other fruit - optional)1 tsp cinnamon (or other spices - optional)
Directions
combine oat bran, flax seed, any fruit, spices and milk (or water) in small soup pan, heat over medium and let simmer for about 3-5 minutes until mixture thickens to your preference, stir often so it doesn't stick to the bottom or form a skin on the milk. Divide into bowls and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
