Beef & Veggie Stew

Ingredients
6 oz. Bottom round beef1 cup of beef stock10 oz frozen vegatables4 cups of water1 tablespoon of corn starch
Directions
Cube the beef and put into a 6qt. pot, add the beef stock, veggies, and water and let boil for 1 hour. Put 1 tbs of corn starch in a cup and add 1/2 cup of HOT water. Pour the mixture in the pot so the broth thickens.
