Tried and True Whole wheat Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients
*Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder, 3 tspSalt, .5 tsp Butter, salted, 4 tbsp Milk, 1%, .75 cup
Directions
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Cut in the butter till pea size. Stir in the milk. Knead in the bowl a few minutes. Place on floured surface and roll out. Cut into 12 biscuits. Bake at 425 for 15-20 min.
