Cod Cakes

Ingredients
Cod (fish), 10 oz (remove) Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove) Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced (remove) Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 2 clove (remove) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove) *^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5, 1 tbsp (remove) *Bob's Red Mill - Stone Ground Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour (1/4 cup), 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop cod in food processor. Then chop up all other ingredients. Add egg, and flour, season to you liking. Then make patties, and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
