Crockpot Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups steel cut oats1/2 cup dried cranberries 2 1/2 cups skim milk2 1/2 cups water3 tsp Splenda 2 large Granny Smith apples, chopped with skin on1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all together in a crockpot sprayed with Pam and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
