Crackers: Gluten Free Mary's Gone Crackers

1/2 C brown rice (dry)1/2 C quinoa (dry)1/4 C flax1/4 C chia seeds1/4 C sesame seeds1 t salt1/2 t garlic powder1/2 t onion powder*would like to try it with cumin and cayenne next time
Preheat oven to 350.
Make rice and quinoa according to package directions.
Put brown rice in blender or food processor and pulse til paste forms. Add small amount of water if necessary.
Put rice paste in bowl and add quinoa. Mix well.
Add seeds and seasonings: mix well.
Cut 5X5 inch piece of parchment paper.
Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray. Also spray parchment paper lightly.
Shape dough into 1/2 " balls. Cover with sprayed parchment paper and flatten with the bottom of a cup. Respray parchment paper as necessary.
Bake at 350 for 10-20 miutes til golden brown.
