Ingredients
Dates, 10 Cashew Nuts, raw, 1 cup, halves and wholeOatmeal (plain), 0.5 cup dry Maple Syrup, 0.25 cup Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
pit and chop dates
pulse dates, cashews, oatmeal and maple syrup in a food processor
grease 8x8 pan with coconut oil
press mixture into pan
freeze for 4 hours
cut into 8 squares
wrap with wax/parchment paper and put into ziptop bag
keep frozen
