Steak and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
5 oz New York trip steak1/2 tsp minced garlic2 c. chopped fresh spinach1/2 c. chopped cucumber1/2 c. chopped green onion1/4 c. chopped green chile pepper1/2 c. red bell pepper1/2 c. cilantrosalt and pepper to tastePhase 2 salad dressing
Directions
Cut off excess fat from steak. Rub garlic, salt, and pepper on both sides. Cook in broiler or on grill. While steak is cooking, toss together remaining ingredients. Add steak. Serve.
