Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Brown rice (5 cup cooked), *Spinach, cooked, 2 cups Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp *Lemon Juice, 10 mL
Directions
saute onions then add mushrooms, then chicken. add cooked rice, spinach and then sauces... yum!
