Turkey enchilada's

Ingredients
7 four tortillas1 lb ground turkey2 small or 1 lg can of enchilada sauce1.25 C lowfat mex cheeseon the side fat free refried beans
Directions
ground turkey in pan and add enchilda sauce (3/4C) and 3/4 C cheese. simmer 5 min. spoon into tortillas and roll.

place in baking dish and cover with remaining sauce and cheese

bake uncovered at 350 30-40 min.
