Pots de Creme

Ingredients
2/3 c. milk1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits1 egg2 tbsp. sugarPinch salt1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Heat milk just to boiling point. Place other ingredients in blender and blend for 1 minute. Add hot milk. Blend for 1 minute. Pour into pots de creme cups or demi tasse cups. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
