Chocolate Molasses Banana Bread

Preheat over to 350.1 cup molasses1/2 cup sugar1 cup applesauce1-2 teaspoons olive oil6 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed2 1/2 cups light whole wheat flour4 Tablespoons hemp protein4 heaping tablespoons cocoaDash of salt2 teaspoons baking soda1 cup nuts
Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients together excluding nuts. Sift or stir well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Add nuts
Divide the batter into two well greased loaf pans.
Bake for about 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes two twelve slice pans
