Swiss and Crab Quiche

4 oz. shredded Swiss Cheese1 - 9" unbaked pastry shell1 - 7.5 oz. can crabmeat, drained, flaked, cartilage removed2 green onions, sliced (with tops)3 beaten large eggs1 cup light cream or half N half1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel1/4 tsp. dry mustardDash of ground maceSmokey Paprika
Arrange cheese evenly over bottom of pastry shell. Top with crabmeat; sprinle with green onions. Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, dry mustard and mace. Pour evenly over crabmeat. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 325' for approximately 45 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
