Michelles Mexican Stove Top Cassarole

Ingredients
1 pkg veggie crumbles3 C dry wheat pasta4 Tblsp. chol free mayo1/2 C shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 C frozen cornsaltpepper1 1/2 C water
Directions
Cook pasta as directed on package and drain, add veggie crumbles, corn, and water mix well. Add 1/4 C. reduced fat cheese mix again and let simmer for 5 minutes on medium low heat. Stir again add salt & pepper to taste and sprinkle rest of shredded cheese on top. Take off heat and let sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
