Crock pot bean & sausage soup

Ingredients
8 oz. black beans, soaked & drained8 oz. garbanzo beans, soaked & drained1 c. edamame, frozen, prepared1 can diced tomatoes4 oz. sweet Italian sausage, cooked2 T. red wine vinegarsaltpeppergarliconionpaprikabasilparsleyoreganothymesage
Directions
Soak & drain black beans and garbanzo beans. Prepare edamame, add all beans to crock pot. Add 1 can tomatoes, with liquid.

Dice sausage and add to beans. Stir in vinegar.

Season to taste with herbs and seasonings - approx. 1/2 - 1 tsp each of the herbs, about 1/4 tsp for the salt, pepper, paprika.

Add 4 c. water. Stir, cover, let cook for 8 hours on low.
