Raspberry Jam (Homemade)

Fresh RaspberriesGranulated Sugar
Mash raspberries in large pot, and allow them to come to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling add sugar (all at once), stir. Allow to slowly boiling, stirring continuously for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Place a couple spoons in the freezer (usually prior to starting) and allow to get cold.Test jam periodically to check consistency by getting a spoonful of jam from boiling pot allow to cool a bit on the spoon. if the jam is jam consistency then your doen, if not allow jam to continue boiling, and recheck every 5 minutes.
Serving Size: MAkes 3 cups (approximately 48 tablespoons)
