AdvoCare Power MuffinsThanks to Judy Ikard for this great yummy recipe!2 C Whole Wheat Flour 2 AdvoCare Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake Pouches 2 scoops Vanilla Muscle Gain 1 1/2 C Flaxseed Meal (I use Bob's Red Mill Brand)1/2 C Oat Bran6 AdvoCare Peaches and Cream Fiber Drink Pouches2 C Splenda Brand Sweetener4 tsp. Baking Soda2 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp Salt4 tsp Cinnamon3 C shredded organic carrots 5 unpeeled organic apples, grated1 cup raisins2 C nuts (toasted pecans or chopped walnuts or almond) 1 1/2 C Vanilla Soy Milk4 Eggs, Beaten2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in carrots, apples, raisins. and pecans. In a separate bowl, combine milk, beaten eggs, and vanilla. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes approx 3 1/2 dozen.
