1 lb blue crab meat2 slices white bread1 tsp non fat milkOld Bay
Tear crust off bread. Break into small pieces and place in large bowl. Add milk. Mix together milk and bread until bread is soggy. Squeeze out excess milk. Add crabmeat and mix together. Mix in eggs. Press mixture into patties about 4 inches across and 1 inch thick. Fry in olive oil until browned on both sides. You can also broil them if you brush the olive oil over the crabcakes.
