Pepper Jack Crisps (low carb chips)

Ingredients
-(about) 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese-(about) 2 tbsp. garlic powder (or whatever seasonings you prefer)
Directions
On a cookie sheet with wax/parchment paper, arrange the cheese in piles 1 inch apart from each other.

Sprinkle your choice of seasonings on top and bake at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes.

Serving Size: Depending on the size piles you make, you could fit up to 12 on a 9x12 pan.
