Ground Turkey - 1.30 lbsChopped Frozen Broccoli - 3.5 Servings (3/4 Cup per serving)Minute Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice - 4 servingsOnions - 1/4 cup choppedLight Brown Sugar - 1 tbspGarlic Minced - 1 tspSoy Sauce - 2 tbsp
• Season ground turkey meat with prefered spices (Oregano, Garli, Paprika, etc) and brown.
• Cook Brown Rice and Frozen Broccoli according to package directions
• In a Wok, brown garlic and onions. After everything is lightly browned add in soy sauce and brown sugar. Constantly stir until everything is mixed completely and sugar is dissolved.
• Stir brown rice to wok soy sauce mixture. When rice is completely covered in mixture, add the ground turkey meat.
• Stir in Broccoli
Makes 5 Servings of 8.5 ounces per serving
