So Easy Roasted Garlic Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 cups fat-free milk2 1/4 cups water (you can adjust to alter thickness)1/2 7.2 oz package of roasted garlic instant mashed potatoes 1 cup reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine milk and water in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add potatoes; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
