cherry spaghetti

Ingredients
0.25 cup olive oil6 cloves garlic3 pints cherry tomatoes10 leaves of basil, torn3 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 pound spaghetti noodles2 cups shredded cheese
Directions
heat oil and crushed garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes and basil and heat until tomatoes burst, about 10 minutes. reduce heat, add balsamic vinegar. Cook noodles al dente, saving 1/4 - 1/2 cup of starchy water to add to sauce. drain noodles and mix into sauce pan. Cover with cheese.
