1 Summer squash2 Green tomatoes1/2 onion1 Garlic Clove1C Snap peas1/2C cashews3 Tbsp Peanut oilPepper, Curry, Terragon, and Salt to taste
Directions
Heat oil, add veggies, saute to liking and season to taste.
Eat as a side or serve over rice for a light fresh meal
