Gluten-Free, Vegan Pizza Pasta

Ingredients
6 oz savoy cabbage2 oz dry rice fettuccine1 tbsp sea salt1/2 cup canned pizza sauce1/4 tsp cayenne1/2 tbsp black pepper1 tsp dry basil2/3 cup Yves' ground round
Directions
Steam cabbage 5 minutes, remove from heat.
Boil pasta according to package directions in water seasoned with 1 tbsp salt. Drain and keep hot.
Heat sauce, adding spices.
Stir in Yves'.
Place cabbage into a bowl, top with noodles and sauce. Toss well, and serve.

    This was very good, and easy. I used what I had left. 1/2 jar of salsa and part of a jar of pizza sauce. I also used a small amout of ground turkey. - 6/12/09
