White Spelt Bread

Ingredients
780 gram(s) White Spelt Flour2 tbsp Granulated Sugar2 tsp Salt2 cup (8 fl oz) Warm Spring Water1 Package Yeast, Rapid Rise2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
in a very large bowl, mix

780 gram(s) White Spelt Flour
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Salt

In a measuring cup combine

2 cup (8 fl oz) Warm Spring Water
1 Package Yeast, Rapid Rise
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Add the liquid to the dry mixture, mix together until you can no longer stir. Transfer the sticky mass to waist-high surface and knead for 20+ minutes.
Cover and let rise in warm location (90Degrees) for 1hr 30min. punch down and shape into 2 oiled loaf pans. Cover and let rise again for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the loaves
