Cucumber Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
2 medium size cucumber (peeled, seeded and cut into slices)240g plain yogurt0.5 tsp ground roasted cuminSalt and pepper to taste1 tsp fresh mint leaves (minced)1 tsp fresh coriander leaves (minced)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk yogurt to make it smooth.

Add salt, cumin, mint and coriander and mix well.

Now add sliced cucumbers and mix it evenly in the yogurt. Chill for 30 min then serve.
