Avocado Panini

Ingredients
4 Hoagie Rolls1/4 cup pesto8 oz of mozzarella cheese sliced3 roma tomatoes1 avocado sliced
Directions
1 - cut the wheat rolls in 1/2 and pre-heat them so the inside is a bit toasted
2- spread some pesto on one side of the bread halves. Then add about 3 slices of cheese and tomatoes. Ad avocado slices and top the panini.
3- Place sandwiches in panini press and heat until the sandwich is crispy and flat. If you don't have panini press, use regular pan and press by placing a small oven tray with cans to make heavy on top.

Serving Size: makes 4 sandwiches
