Sarah's Spatzle

Ingredients
200 grams gluten free flour50 grams finely ground cornmeal3 eggs1 TBS oil1 tsp salt, and some sparkling water1/2 TBS butter3 oz. emmentaler (or any kind of swiss)
Directions
mix everything together up through water. Let it sit for 20 minutes
use spatzle thing (see tip) to make spatzle. Put spatzle in oven dish. Put butter over spatzle. Put grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

You could also mix in spinach, steamed zucchini pieces, cherry tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, pretty much anything you want.
