Cabbage Thai Style Soup

Ingredients
Peas, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 300 grams (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 2 small (remove)Cloves, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Lemon grass (citronella), fresh, 1 tbsp (remove)Lemon Peel, 1 tsp (remove)*Chicken stock cubes KNORR per cube, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Put all the ingredients with nearly about 2 litres of water and let it boil first and then simmer till everything is cooked and tender.

Add spices of your choice, I added all-spice & dried corriander.
