Guacamole

Ingredients
2 cups of chopped fresh cilantro1 cup chopped or diced tomato1 cup chopped or diced white onion1/4 cup lemon juice (or juice of 1 fresh lemon)1 tsp Kosher salt (or to taste)2 medium sized avocados, halved and with pits removed - put the pits into the bowl of guacamole as a natural way to prevent browning!
Directions
Mix all ingredients except avocados in a medium-sized bowl.
Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh of the avocados into the mixture.
Mash all ingredients together until a consistent texture is obtained.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings of 1/2 cup each
