1/4 cup. quick oatmeal1 T.7 grain cereal1 T. wheat bran cereal1 tsp. flax seed1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. splenda brown sugar1 small banana cut up (opp)fat free milk for wet ness, enough to make your oatmeal runnydash of cinnamonYou could add other raisens or slice almonds
Add all the ingredients. Pour your milk in and cook in the microwave for 2 mintes on high. You can add more sweetner if you want. This is very yummy and give you energy.
