Ingredients
boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 44 TBSP brown mustard (I use Gouldon's)1/4 cup lemon juiceProgresso bread crumbs, Italian style
Directions
Mix mustard and lemon juice. Dip chicken breasts in mixture, coating well, then dip in bread crumbs, as thickly or as lightly as you like. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until the coating is golden brown and juices run clear.
