black bean burrito

Ingredients
1 mission whole wheat tortilla1/2 C Goya black beans1/4 C sweet red pepper (sliced)1/2 C green bell pepper (chopped)2 TBSP onion chopped2 TBSP Pace chunky salsa (mild)
Directions
Chop the peppers and onions. Put beans,peppers and onions in small saucepan. Heat on low to medium heat stirring often until heated through and vegetables just beginning to soften. (Approx. 10 min) Warm tortilla either in microwave for 20 seconds or on warm dry griddle. Place bean mixture in center of tortilla. Add salsa. Fold tortilla and enjoy. Makes 1 serving
