Asparagus Turkey Roll-Ups

Ingredients
1 Slice of Healthy Choice Deli Ham (you can use Turkey for an even lighter version)2 Stalks (approx 7") of Asaparagus
Directions
Take 2 stalks of asparagus and put them in a microwave dish with enough water to cover the bottom. (maybe a couple of tablespoons). Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove and roll up in a piece of deli ham (or turkey). ENJOY!

    I make this with the ham and a tiny bit of light whipped cream cheese spread on the ham or turkey, roll the aparagus up in it........the yummiest thing ive ever had! - 4/6/11

    Just started by quest for healthy eating and as I'm typing this (at my office) I can't take the smile off my face! So yummy and so easy to make while at work!!!
