Chicken and Broccoli Pasta with Ricotta

Ingredients
4 Chicken BreastGarlic, 3 cloves Broccoli floretts, 2 cups, cookedRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp 1 lb whole wheat penne, cookedReserve 1 cup cooking water
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Sautee with garlic until done

Add broccoli, pasta, ricotta, parmesan, thyme, and nutmeg. Add reserved pasta water 1/4 cup at a time until you reach the consistency you like.


Stir to create sauce.
