*Oatmeal, Arrowhead Mills Oat Flakes, 2 cup Spinach, fresh, 4 cup Lentils, 1.5 cup Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Onions, raw, 1 large Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 4 cloves Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Sage, ground, 1 tsp marjoram 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tsp ms dash 1 tspParsley, 1 cup *Heinz Organic Ketchup, 1.5 cups
1st cook Lentils, 1.5 cup Water, tap, 2.5 cup for 10 mins set aside. sautee Onions, raw, 1 large Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 4 cloves add then add chopped spinach about 4 mins. add everything except the ketchup together and mix well put 1/4 the ketchup on the bottom of each loaf pan add mixture and then 1/4 on top of each loaf. bake 350 45 mins
