Turkey Sausage Stir Fry

1 package (14 oz.) Butterball Turkey Sausage, hardwood smoked1 medium green bell pepper1 medium red bell pepper3/4 cup red onion2 cloves of garlic, minced1 Tbl. Kikkoman low sodium soy sauceOlive oil pan spray
Slice turkey sausages links into quarter inch rounds. Chop peppers and onions into bite size pieces.
Spray pan with olive oil pan spray. Saute onion on medium high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and saute for 1 more minute. Add sausage rounds, Tamari, and bell peppers. Cook to preferred doneness, stirring frequently. We like our peppers and onions to still have a lot of crunch, but others prefer them softer. Since the turkey sausage is already cooked, the vegetables determine how long to cook this dish.
